Casa Blanca SPV15 is a gorgeous property!! It has 3 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms downstairs & the primary king bedroom upstairs. The 2nd bedroom sleeps 2 with a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom sleeps 1 with a twin bed. There is access to an outside space from the 1st floor where you will find comfortable seating under a shaded area, a landscaped backyard, and outdoor shower to rinse off. Relax around the fire pit and enjoy a cocktail or 2! Inside, at the top of the interior staircase you will find a large open great room with a well appointed kitchen. Prep your catch on the large island with a beautiful waterfall top and a spacious 5 foot long kitchen sink. HUGE picture windows look out over old town beaming natural light into this great space. There is a balcony off of the kitchen where you can sit and enjoy a Port A sunset. The primary bedroom has a king size bed, ensuite with walk in shower, large closet, and a full size stackable washer and dryer. Please note: This community does not allow boats or trailers of any kind. Parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway and 1 street spot in front of the home. Golf carts count as one of the vehicles. - This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $25.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.
