Both bedrooms are generously sized.  Primary bedroom has en-suite bath.  In addition to the 2 full bathrooms, the condo features a convenient half-bath for guests. Overlooking Little Bay the porch is a perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or beautiful sunsets. Step outside and enjoy the community's pristine surroundings, whether you're taking a dip in the community pool, strolling along the bayfront, or exploring nearby attractions.

Cancellations: Changes or cancellations to reservations less than 30 days must be done 14 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee. Monthly rentals must be canceled 30 days prior to arrival to receive a refund. Monthly rentals canceled within 30 days of arrival will forfeit the first month's rent and processing fees. For reservations made less than 14 days of arrival, you have 24 hours from the time that you made your reservation to cancel or shorten your stay.

Perfect Getaway

We were all more than pleased with this "little" condo, especially when having to find another place to stay at the last minute! Very spacious for the four of us and our fur baby. The owners were so very gracious from the start, and the neighbors so incredibly nice. Hoping we are able to book here again, but for a longer stay next time!!
