Another great trip to our favorite little beach town Port A! Amazing as always!

The cottage is adorable. It was clean and cozy and perfect for just 2 people. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Little Retreat Close To The Beach

My kiddo and I had a lovely stay. The location simply cannot be beat. Right around the corner from the beach and adjacent to the grocery store and lots of shops, and restaurants. This little getaway was appointed nicely, clean, and so cozy. We will definitely be back!

Great Location

Loved the covered patio and location to beach and surrounding attractions. We did have a couple of things that could be improved. More linens would be nice. The refrigerator had rust all over the outside and there was no comfortable place to sit.

Cozy Little Cottage

Cute little cottage. It was clean and well appointed. Great location within walking distance of several good restaurants, shops, and night clubs. Management service was very prompt when I couldn't figure out how to power the stove top. The beach is not close so that's a trade-off depending on what you seek. I would definitely stay again since I'm mainly there to fish. The little carport is great for parking a small boat or kayak. Or, can be used as a patio.

The property was very nice. Close to everything. It would have been nice to have a few more towels available and maybe a few more kitchen or bathroom essentials. Like a hair dryer. The house did smell musty upon arrival and there seems to be mold in the register in the bedroo. Again over all I would stay again

Great Space for Travelers w/ Pets

Perfect size for two adults with two dogs! Had cable tv in bedroom & another tv for streaming in kitchen! Stove top, microwave, large refrigerator with all necessary utensils. Extra warm showers! Very comfortable king bed. Beach located within a mile while many restaurants & shops within a few blocks! Loved it!

Awesome little cabin

Perfect. Went out to dinner- walked. Cooked a dinner and everything went smooth. Quiet. Bed was comfy. Driveway was very nice. I bet it can get tight on busy weekends. Can’t state how nice the driveway was to have. :) some type of shower caddy would be nice, might have been misplaced. Otherwise perfect Enjoy

Perfect for a couple and a pet. The AC worked great and my only complaint would be more storage like a rack in the shower and more towel holders. The kitchen had everything you needed, no oven but microwave had oven capabilities.

Perfect Port Aransas Get Away!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is an adorable little cottage. All newly painted and well maintained. The paintings are a perfect added touch. There are plenty of linens and soap and shampoo samples to get you started. We found the air conditioning more than adequate. The shower is tiny so you don't have to worry about falling down! Next time I come i’m bringing an outdoor camping shower. The kitchen even has a blender! We will definitely stay again.

Memorial Weekend Trip

The location of this property was great! I was a little thrown off by the additional $118 charge the day after I booked for an additional cleaning fee due to my dog. I figured because it was pet friendly the cost was the cost, but then I randomly got another receipt the next day, that they charged my card without notifying me. The house is cute but my 15 yr old son had a cockroach climbing on his leg and then the next day when I got out of the shower a huge cockroach crawled on my leg. Not cool, considering we paid over $800 for 2 nights. Probably would not stay here again due to the cockroaches, but the space was cute and super convenient to everything (Beach, food, bars...etc)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the 1st time we have rented @ Spanish Village. Was a great stay. Place was clean and near the beach access. The only downside was, it being a pet friendly rental we had our dogs. I always pick up after my pups. However the backyard was full of dog poop from previous renters. Some you could tell had been there a while. Whoever is supposed to pickup the poop from the back (if the dog ownets don't) isn't doing it. I picked up 3 small poop bags of other people's dog poop. Not a huge deal, but not the 1st thing I wanted to do after arrival.

The unit was not clean. Dog hair was all over the floor. The bathroom shower was so tiny about a 3x3 and no where to place soap or shampoo. Only one hook to hang your clothes. I had to place a kitchen chair inside the bathroom to hold the dry towel. I did feel like placing it on the floor. Roach also in a unit. 😞

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've stayed at a lot of rentals at Port A over the years. This one was a good price in a good location and we felt lucky to get a reservation only a week in advance, especially at this time of year (last week of June). Property manager gave great customer service; excellent communications before, during, and after, and especially after hours when we had trouble with the door code on check-in. Very clean unit. Comfortable king bed. No washer/dryer or dishwasher but that's noted in the description. Great little back yard for dogs; good, secure fence.Good location on Alister St. and short drive to the beach. Believe it or not there's a very good Italian restaurant just around the corner: Venetian Hot Plate, owned by a couple from...Venice (not the California version). Do make reservations--before you leave for Port A.Would stay here again. Pretty tight quarters, but like I said, the price is right.

This is the second time at this cottage and the outside bench was broken same as last time but the chairs were changed.- Good for the seating outside. The water bugs were somewhat friendly had not seen them last visit but did see exterminator at other cottages. The landscape was not taken care of- grass was not cut when we arrived and 5 days later still not done. shrubs were cut so they did not overtake the driveway Cottage was a little more wear than last visit but the area is very nice Could use some refreshing. Stayed at a couple of cottages here and will stay again but possibly not this one. Overall for the price and location it was a good visit. The Covered parking is great compared to other cottages with no covered parking. Spanish Village is a great little place to stay and convienient.
