Disappointed This Year

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had sent a letter to management but did not get a response that was sufficient at all and that showed anyone cared. The home was not up to standards of the past especially with the cost that we pay. The alarm went off in the middle of the night, and maintenance would not respond. I have a lot more to say which was in my letter to management.

The location on the property is a perfect set up for families with young kids. Close to the pool. Direct access to the great lawn, not too close to the lakes (which can be a little unnerving with little kids). The only tiny suggestion I would make is for there to be a few more bath towels in the home... and possibly beach towels. This was the first rental we stayed at on property that did not have any beach towels and so we were unprepared!

The location by the lawn and the beauty of the home make our vacation stay perfect. We did have to work on some maintenance issues... the plumbing in the master sink was stopped, but we got Drano and then Liquid Plumber. The lock was very hard to lock downstairs by the carport. I’m a realtor and can handle nearly any door, but this one needs some repair. Also, the washing machine upstairs made funny noises and sounded like it was not working properly. Other than those issues, the home is perfect and in the perfect place for our family. We can’t wait to visit again!

Had everything we needed, the kids loved sharing the bunk room and the master was so luxurious! The kitchen had all the cabinets labeled so it was easy to find what you are looking for. The location was great, easy walk to everything! We didn’t end up renting a buggy since it was so convenient to walk everywhere. We will definitely be coming back!
