Our room was dirty. You could tell the bed were remade and the blankets were not changed. There were small roaches crawling in the sheets when we pulled the comforter back and the room only had the lock on the knob no safety latch. We did not stay

First we get there after driving 14 hours and get told that Expedia cancelled our rooms so they gave them away we reached out to Expedia and was informed no they still have it confirmed. So we call the hotel company and was told they over booked them they tried to charge us a $200 cancellation fee even though it was the Hotel that cancelled

The amenities that was promised. Wasn't there no cable TV no Wi-Fi at all? They never came to bring clean towels or linen. The whole entire state and the environment was unsafe because of people that was living there that was on drugs.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel seeing the pictures online looked very nice the outside of building looked ok but we got there and they told us to come back we couldn't check in till 4pm we had 15 mins left 🙄. We checked in at check time and went to our room and it smelled like cigarettes and mold the floors were dirty the restroom door didn't close which didn't matter were husband and wife. There was dead bugs on the ceiling and roaches roaming that we had to kill literally. We went to our concert got back late we literally had to sleep with the light on so the roaches wouldn't come out. It was so an unpleasant stay. We left early in the morning tired. So I would recommend u not stay at this hotel cuz it literally needs to be fumigated and really deep cleaned and upgraded.
