Enjoy your heated pool, and private back yard. Named for its serene atmosphere and beachside charm, this retreat offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation.



    The Space:

    This property can accommodate up to 12 guests.

    Bedroom1: King size bed

    Bedroom 2: queen/twin Bunk

    Bedroom 3: Kingsize Bed

    Bedroom 4: Kingsize bed

    Our kitchen is stocked with all of your cooking needs and new appliances. Washer and dryer ready for your use.

    Property is equipped with your own private pool.

    Outdoor shower and grill are ready for your use.

    Private boardwalk capable of walking/golf cart accessible.



    Guest Access:

    You will have access to the whole house except for the garage.

    Starter Kit: To help you settle in comfortably, each Sandbar Beach Rentals property is stocked with a starter set of basic essentials. This includes items such as hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and trash bags.

    These supplies are intended to get you started upon arrival. For extended stays or additional needs, we recommend planning to purchase extra items during your visit.



    -HEATED POOL: The pool heater is available Nov1-March1 and is considered an add-on amenity, so please let use know before your arrival if you would like to have the pool heater for your stay. It is an additional $25/day to keep the pool heated.



    PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT THIS POOL WILL NOT GET AS HOT AS A HOT TUB.

    THIS POOL IS HEATED BY A HEAT PUMP. THE MAXIMUM TEMPERATURE IS ABOUT 80-85 DEGREES, BUT IT DEPENDS ON THE TEMPERATURE OUTSIDE. IT WILL ONLY GET TO ~20 DEGREES HIGHER THAN THE OUSIDE TEMPERATURE.



    -Parking is tight. There is room to park a maximum of 3 vehicles (including a golf cart) We do not have room for RVs, boats, or trailers.



    -Pets: Unfortunately, pets are not permitted at this property. The only exception is for registered service animals as required by law.



    -BUGS: We have a pest control company that comes to the property once a month. Unfortunately,

    because of the climate, roaches loves Port A and if you find one, please let us know immediately

    and we will have the pest control company come back out to spot treat.



    -Please note: This is a new subdivision and there is ongoing construction.

Our stay wasn’t terrible, but there were some hiccups. When we arrived it was extremely hot inside of the house due to the AC not working properly. The tech did come out right away after we found the emergency line to fix the issue.The mattresses are not comfortable at all, and the bed frames squeak with any movement. There was a foul odor in the kitchen area which was amplified because of the heat. The pool is really small, it was okay because we were traveling with toddlers but if you have teens or a large adult party it’s probably not suitable. It is very close to the beach which is very convenient.
