Excellent Stay

Awesome house, very comfortable beds, plenty of towels, amazing kitchen and the you can see the waves from the balcony on the third floor. Plenty of space for a large group. Our family loved staying here and would book here again!

4th of July

We had a great time over the 4th of July. Perfect view of fireworks from back balconies. Great layout for our large group. The house is on the opposite side of the community from the beach boardwalk and pools but it wasn’t an issue with golf carts. The property management company doesn’t seem very organized. They didn’t know details of the property and told us incorrect information. Dishwasher wasn’t working during our stay and property management didn’t fix it.

Beautiful home with friends

All 13 of us stayed comfortably and the home was lovely!! We enjoyed hanging out and cooking together in this beautiful space and the views were nice to wake to. The home is bigger than the pics seem. Kids and adults wanted to stay longer! Thanks!!

Beautiful Home

The home was beautiful and very spacious for a big family. The only thing is we had to turn off ice machine due to water leak and elevator never worked and this was a three story home. Also the water in showers on the third floor would stop working when using the showers on the first floor.

Almost Perfect.....

We really loved the layout of this home and it worked well for our family. However, two aspects of it seriously needs attention. One, the water pressure in the two upstairs bathrooms is pathetic. It literally shuts off--not a drizzle, actually shuts off--in the middle of your shower for several minutes, over and over-- if anyone uses any water anywhere else in the house. With shampoo in your hair, it goes without saying this is annoying. Second, the two first floor bathrooms need blinds or frosting on windows in showers. The house next door can literally watch you shower from their 2nd and 3rd story windows. That's just wrong, and not the place to cut corners. This needs to be rectified immediately. Other than these mishaps, it's a great house; however, these mishaps would likely keep us from staying here again if not addressed. Otherwise, it's clean, nice layout, fairly well-stocked.

Great stay!

The house was clean, gorgeous, and had everything we needed for a great weekend. We celebrated my husband’s birthday with family and had plenty of space for everyone. It was nice having the second floor entirely dedicated to kitchen/living so we could stay up late and not disturb those sleeping. Loved the balcony, golf, and pool!!

Perfect Spring Break with friends

What an amazing home in the beautiful Palmilla Beach Resort Community. We had a group of 3 families including teenagers and there was plenty of room for everyone. The 2nd floor kitchen and living area with an oversized island was very spacious! The perfect gathering place each morning and evening. The home had lots of natural light and plenty of balconies to enjoy the views and fresh sea air. Loved the resort pool and bar as well. We enjoyed it every evening. The community still has some construction of new homes going on but it was not distracting at all. Definitely will be back.

December at the beach.

We rented the property five nights between Xmas and New Years. We consisted of a family of nine (2 seniors, 4 adults and 3 teenagers). The sleeping accomodations were comfortable and roomy, The living, kitchen and dining areas on the second floor provided plenty of our family to cook, eat and interact during our visit, The large flat screen TV was a plus. Each bedroom and gathering place on the first and third floor also contained a TV. The hose was extremely clean. While we did not use the resort pool or gym, their access was available via Guest Services. Access to the beach is easy via car, golf cart or a 1/2 mile walk. We were surprised by the level of construction activity still under way in the area, It did not, however detract from our visit. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.
