This unit has been completely renovated after Hurricane Harvey and has a pitched roof, central air, all new furnishings and will sleep up to 4 comfortably. The property is fully fenced with a very large yard space.

Situated on Alister Street in the heart of Port Aransas, this property is just a short distance away from the grocery store, restaurants, bars and other shopping. These cottages have been a fixture in Port Aransas for years and offer a truly unique location.

This home features vinyl tile flooring throughout. There is a dining table and the kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, cooktop range, coffee maker and all the other essentials.

This home can sleep 4, with a king bed and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Updated furnishings including 2 flat screen televisions, all decorated in tasteful decor.

Please note: This community does not allow boats or trailers of any kind. A maximum of two standard size vehicles are allowed. Golf carts count as one of the two vehicles. This is a pet friendly rental. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 3 pets are allowed.

Unfortunately did not have a great experience here. It smelled like smoke when we arrived. The bathroom needs an update and definitely had a mold problem. And they only had a top sheet on the bed, no comforter. We needed the AC on of course but kept getting cold so it was an uncomfortable night. Good location but that’s all it really had going for it.

Perfect Stay for our Pet!

This Spanish village cottage was the perfect size for my spouse and I + our lab. The yard was the perfect size for her to run around. Inside the cottage was tight, the listing says 4 people but there is not enough room for 4, and I would not recommend anyone sleep on the sofa couch. It was stained and too dirty to sleep on or sit on. When we arrived our bed was covered in dog hair and old stains. Management was quick to respond and sent a cleaning service to make a clean bed and tidy the space up for us again. The shower is not as depicted in the photo. It looks older and needs to be grouted again due to with so many mildew stains. The kitchen is recently remodeled, so hopefully the bathroom can get redone soon.

Hot August Stay

It was extremely hot in August but cottage was well air conditioned, great enclosed yard for dogs bed very comfortable maybe have extra padding for pull out sofa mattress. Beautiful dish and glassware. Overall would stay again. Liked the self check in and checkout.

This was a great place for my husband and I along with our 2 dogs. It's very centrally located - we walked next door to rent our golf cart and it was a few minutes to the beach. We will definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed our stay

There was everything we needed to enjoy our stay. No more, no less. The grounds were well kept, plenty of linens, the AC worked well, the bed was comfortable, and everything we wanted to go see was within 10 minutes of walking distance. Nothing extravagant, but well maintained and cared for. I'm The only minor criticism was no coffee filters readily available for the coffee maker. But we made do just fine.

Great spot close to the beach.

Great little cottage with a good sized yard, perfect for two people and a dog. Close to the beach. Lots of shops, bars, restaurants nearby. And Island Outfitters dropped off a beach cart ready for our arrival and picked it up upon our departure. Would definitely stay at this unit again on our next trip down to Port A.
