Fantastic Rental

The Coastal Vista Retreat was amazing. The home is in a great location within the resort, right across the street from one of the pools. The beautiful home is well-furnished and has all the essentials, everything we needed for a great weekend getaway. There's plenty of room as advertised, comfortable beds, high-end appliances, and plenty of parking. Definitely 5/5 stars!

This house was perfect.

Pool is not heated like ad says. but allegedly it'll be fixed. the house was perfection. every detail. we only had 3 people but would comfortably fit 15. very large and spacious. lots of room although photos don't show that. they even provided coffee. only recommendation would be to put curtains on the upstairs bedroom window and most importantly please add a safety lock to the kids bunk room as somebody's kids are going to end up climbing on that balcony while parents asleep. also need to connect living room tv to the internet as it would not connect. dishes were perfect for us. maybe add more for bigger parties. they even provided detergent pods for us and dishwasher pods so that was awesome. i highly recommend 5/5 stars.

Large space- plenty of rooms

We were excited to stay here and it was a lot of house for a smaller amount of money. The pros: - covered parking was great and helped keep the car and golf cart we rented cool. - location was great- close to the beach and community pool - community amenities were top notch! - comfortable stay in terms of space and household kitchen appliances, etc. - rental had pool/ beach towels for use and complimentary toiletries The cons: - decor wasn’t the best or most comfortable. Bring your own pillows! - windows were randomly missing curtains. They were fastened with shower curtain rods or Velcro strips that kept falling and crashing down scaring us. - golf cart rental through Palmilla Beach was awful. Very rusty- easy to get locked in your seatbelt- and super slow. Max speed was 17mph. -check in was confusing. I received emails stating I would get check in door codes 24 hours before but didn’t get any. I had to call more than once and ultimately was told I had to check in in person. Not a great way to start the trip. The rental has a lot of potential but needs a few changes to be comparable to neighboring rentals. We have stayed at Palmilla before and had a much more seamless experience in the past.

Great Beach House for a Family

Loved our stay here. Close to the beach and the pool! Great amenities and definitely lots of room to sleep (effectively 5 bedrooms). The place was very clean!
