Welcome to Sandy Oasis, a waterfront retreat in Key Allegro built for easy coastal living and laid-back fun. This 4-bedroom, 3-bath home comfortably sleeps up to 9 guests and is pet-friendly—perfect for families, couples, or friends looking to soak up the best of Rockport.



Inside, you’ll find a bright, open-concept living space with coastal décor, plenty of natural light, a Smart TV with Sling, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, a breakfast bar, and a dining area with canal views—ideal for post-beach dinners and slow mornings. Step outside to enjoy the picnic area and BBQ grill, where both people and pups can relax and unwind by the water.

Sandy Oasis is a waterfront canal home in Key Allegro with 36 ft of waterfront access, ideal for fishing, relaxing, and coastal living. The dock features underwater green fishing lights and a lighted fish-cleaning station, making it perfect for daytime and nighttime fishing. Enjoy peaceful canal views and coastal breezes from the upper deck, or head to the Key Allegro community pool, just minutes away.

Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, both Keurig and standard coffee maker, breakfast bar seating, and a dining area overlooking the canal. Step outside for waterside meals at the picnic area and BBQ grill.

Bedroom 4 (Downstairs): Twin-over-Full bunk bed, ideal for older kids or additional guests. Please note, this bunk room is detached from the main house and not suitable for younger children.

Guest Access:

Guest will receive a unique door code to access property during their stay. You will have access to the entire property during your stay.

Quiet neighborhood right at the center of a residential cul-de-sac.

Other Things to Note:

Features Description:

• Access: The front door is equipped with an electronic keypad. A unique door code will be sent to you a couple of days before check-in, no need to meet anyone for keys.



• Quiet Hours: 10 PM - 8 AM. Please keep noise levels down to respect our neighbors.



• Age: All guests must be 18+ with the exception of children with their parents.



• Weather: No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are outside our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage.



• Trash: Please dump liquids into the sink and not into trash bags. Place all trash into trash bags and secure them in the trash containers next to the driveway.



• Parking: There is plenty of parking available at the property for 3 vehicles, Please be mindful of neighbors and don’t park on the street where it could block other homeowners from pulling into their driveway. The garage is large enough to also park a small boat and trailer.



• Pets: All pets must be approved prior to arrival. An approved pet fee of $50 per pet, per night applies. Pets brought onto the property without prior approval will incur an unauthorized pet fee of $500 per pet.



• Pets are not permitted on the furniture. If you leave the house, your pet should be kenneled or taken with you. Any damage caused by your pet will result in additional charges for repairs. Pets are not allowed in the home while wet, and cats are not permitted. Please respect the rules mentioned above. We love dogs, but we also want to ensure our home remains clean for future guests. If you agree to these terms, we will send you a payment request for the non-refundable pet fee.





• Check-In/Out: Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out at 10:00 AM. We charge $25 per hour for all requests for early check-in & late check-out, based on availability. Please note we may not be able to accommodate early check-ins/ late checkouts. Please message us for more details.



• Please bring your personal toiletries like toothpaste, deodorant, etc. A starter supply of the items listed above will be provided. Guests will provide their own supplies after depleting the starter supply of these items.

• Smoking, of any kind, is strictly forbidden on the entire property- inside & outside, and all trash needs to be properly disposed of.



• This property is in a residential area, most houses in the neighborhood are families. Please be respectful, especially between 10pm- 8am.



• We will email you a Rental Release Agreement after booking. This agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking. Reservations may be canceled if the agreement is not signed. This correspondence will occur through our Channel Manager Guesty.



• A Security Deposit, of $300, must be paid prior to check-in and are refunded within 7 days of check-out, provided there are no damages to the property. Security deposit & rental agreement will be sent after the booking is confirmed.



• We can host a maximum of 9 guests (including all adults, children & infants)- for safety (fire & insurance) reasons, we cannot hold any additional guests.



• All amenities including outdoor furniture, wifi, etc are fully inspected prior to every check-in, however, we cannot guarantee their working condition during stays.



• We look forward to hosting all our upcoming guests. Our cleaning team is going above and beyond to provide top-notch services, giving special attention to high-touch areas, using commercial grade anti-microbial agents, and having bed sheets and bath towels professionally laundered between each guest stay. However, no guarantee will be made that our properties are "completely sterile" or "COVID-free", just as no other business can reasonably make that claim. Guests are advised to travel and stay with us at their own discretion.



• We do not offer rescheduled stays or refunds on cancellations outside of Airbnb's extenuating circumstances policy. We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance at the time of booking if you are concerned about the possibility of canceling your trip last minute. Travel insurance is inexpensive and a great way to protect your funds in the event of an unforeseeable cancellation. We understand that last-minute cancellations for guests who choose to not purchase travel insurance can be a burden, however, we are required to uphold our owners' cancellation policies in order to protect their only sources of income and keep their properties in the business. Please book responsibly and we appreciate your understanding.



• Any noise complaints or law enforcement calls to the home will result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund.



• Please note that we do not accept package deliveries at the property. Any packages sent to the address may not be received, and we cannot be held responsible for any lost or misplaced items. We recommend making alternative arrangements for package deliveries during your stay. Thank you for your understanding.



• Please note that we’re using a residential refrigerator, which can take several hours to cool, especially if it’s fully stocked.



• Interaction with guests

We encourage our guests to communicate via their booking platform! We are typically very responsive on the platform and will answer quickly. If there is a time sensitive matter, guests will be provided a phone number as well after booking.
