「I have traveled to Bologna on quite a few occasions over the past 40 years....and this is the one place I can't imagine not staying at next time I visit. Historic building, beautiful views, lovely accommodations, wonderfully located, delicious breakfast - and most of all, a truly special host. One caveat, there are stairs (though the owner will take care of baggage), so if you are mobility restricted, you would need to take that into consideration.」

「The room, amenities and location were perfect . The bed was comfortable and traveling with my teenage son was easy because he had his own super comfortable sofa bed. All you needed was provided including housekeeping services . We opted for room only and there were plenty of breakfast places nearby and the staff were readily available by WhatsApp. Highly recommend」

「Initially stayed in an apartment with 1 bedroom and sofa bed but due to air conditioning not working they couldn't fix (staff were great and tried fixing as soon as we emailed), so we ended up moving to a different apartment which was much better. The first had an odd layout in that the only bathroom was inside the main bedroom, so anyone staying on the sofa bed would need to go through the bedroom to use the bathroom which isn't ideal when you get up frequently in the night! 「Very centrally located. Minutes' walk to major attactions and right next to the twin towers but quiet enough. The staff is very good and the room clean and very functional. I can't find any refrigerator in the room. The only one more noticeable problem is that during the time of my stay, a delivery truck started their deliveries at around 0630 and lasted until over 7. It created a bit of noise that may affect some people.」

「There is no front desk so one must use multiple keypads for the front entrance, the room, and the luggage storage area. The apartment was very nice, with a big bed, big balcony, and delightful hot tub. The air conditioning is not American air conditioning but it is within the usual standard for Europe. The wifi is very good. One word of warning however, and this is by no means specific to this lodging--I think Americans see that something has an elevator and think that it must be at least...
