"We enjoyed our stay very much. We loved the nearby beaches and the heated pool. The house was comfortable. We loved the view! The only negative thing; there were a few dogs wandering loose and we found poop in 'our' garden."

"We had a wonderful time in this villa, everything in the kitchen, bedrooms & garden looks brand new, clean and modern. The kitchen has all the appliances that you need, and there is a choice of gas or charcoal barbecue outside. All the windows and doors are fitted with insect screens perfect for my insect hating family! TVs in the living room and bedrooms, great internet (we streamed with no problem from Fire Sticks). "The property is charming: isolated and remote in the maquis of Corsica, wildlife and vegetation all around. For the hot afternoons, a (heated) shared pool which came in useful after our days at the beach or hiking in the nearby amazing trails of Ospedale forest. Valerie is a great host, so helpful and with great local recommendations. Highly recommend!"

I thought my room was going to have a water view, but it was very private. The design was modern and clean. :) Gorgeous place!! :) I also got a massage from Sylvie (Douce Heure Des Iles Massage). She came to the room and it was fabulous! Her information is in the lobby! :) "

"We had an enjoyable and relaxing 3 days staying the residence suites, a great space for a family. The hotel pool and bar area was better than the photos suggest and the hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The free shuttle bus to the old town (or beach) is a super service and needed given the options for buses and expensive taxis. I can thoroughly recommend staying here if you like to relax as well as explore. "

"Although clean (and the bed comfortable), the main problem with my room was a terrible stench that seemed to emerge from the direction of the air conditioner and which lingered in the room despite airing it. I thought at first this was a result of seaside heat and humidity, so I didn't report the smell. A few days later, when I opened the safe the day before my departure, my passport and other valuables were wet. That is when I realized that the nasty odor was due to chronic leaking of the AC and the water dripping and seeping into the closet and woodwork right under the AC, including the metal safe attached to the wall of the closet!! I had an early departure the day after, so I didn't have time to complain, but other reviews have reported similar bad smells, and if AC leaks are also the problem, then something needs to be done. You don't want people's valuables and passports to get wet inside the safe that's meant to protect them. On the upside, the hotel provides a shuttle service (a "navette") to and from the Ajaccio airport, which is convenient. Also, you can take the beach shuttle right outside the hotel, which will get you to various beaches in the "Rive Sud." "
