「I rented the skoolie to stay in while my son & I explored Mesa Verde. It was such a fun experience! Gave us a bit of a glamping experience, which I appreciated. The craftsmanship of the interior conversion is outstanding. The owners were also very responsive and helpful with our requests. I would absolutely stay here again if given the opportunity. 」

「What a pleasant home on a beautiful property in a great location for hiking and exploring ancient ruins! Two ruins are on the property and reachable with a little determination. We enjoyed sitting out on the porch listening to and watching all kinds of birds, protected from the sun by its deep roof. Everything needed for daily life is provided in the house - just bring your groceries. Cell reception is spotty (if you consider that a problem instead of a benefit!), but the wifi works well enough...

「Beautiful modern house, inside and out. Very nice appliances and features. Kids loved playing badminton in the grassy yard and watching the stars from the back deck! Very quiet neighborhood with lots of privacy. Wish we could have stayed longer. There are a lot of steps/stairs inside if someone is mobility challenged.」
