「All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Always service with a smile. Food was fantastic for the evening meal in the main restaurant. The breakfast was lovely, with the buffet option included, with plenty of options and extra bits like Chia seeds and apricots for the cereals and beautiful pastries included too. The staff in particular Chloe and Aleesha really made our stay worthwhile. We have already booked to come again. 」

「Lovely comfortable rooms with lovely big beds we stayed in room 5 which is absolutely massive with a nice very clean bathroom. Nice warm welcome and really friendly staff with great service. Overall highly recommend staying here as ideally placed to visit the nearby aqueduct plus Snowdonia is just over an hour away.」

「Hotel is located in the quiet country site, only a short drive to Conwy. We have stayed only 1 night during our motorbike trip. Room was cosy (big enough) with big en-suite. Good quality finish with huge comfy bed. Very good food and service. Great back garden space for a coffe or a drink.Highly recommend this place.」

「It is the second time in a couple of weeks that I stayed here. Checking in and out simple and fast. Staff very friendly. I stayed in two different rooms and both were clean and comfortable. Tv and Wi Fi reception also very good. I would go back againg.」

「Lovely quirky old hotel but bathroom layout poor, could do with removing bath and putting a shower only, it would be much safer. Reception lady at 2pm was very abrupt and just said “check in not till 3” we only wanted to let her know we had parked in the patrons only car park. Breakfast staff and checking out lady, lovely.」

The bed was the epitome of comfort, guaranteeing a good night's sleep after each exciting day. We'll definitely be coming back. The food was nothing short of amazing, with the Sunday carvery being a highlight – it's a hit with the locals too, so a tip for future guests: make sure to book in advance. Overall, a 10/10 experience, easily one of the best places I've stayed at.」

「If countryside views are your thing then this is the place for you. Uninterrupted views across the valley showing off the best Wales has to offer. The accommodation itself is of good standard with a good kitchen and utility, and a spacious conservatory to enjoy the views over breakfast or dinner, (only negatives are; the 2nd shower room is very small, no King beds, bbq is old and small).
