“In the morning there was only cold coffee and no food items offered, not even a stale danish or roll. The room was clean and comfortable but there were no amenities such as a coffee pot with coffee creamers, sweeteners, or cups. No table and chairs. Bare bones only. Air conditioner was loud and was very annoying but it was a hot 100+ day and was needed. Staff were very nice and helpful but obviously things are being run on the cheap. I feel the experience was typical of lodging owned and……

“As nice as this place could be, it seems that they settle for the bare minimum when it comes to cleanliness. And if you are thinking about a hot tub in the room, might wanna reconsider and do without it. It was so dirty that it took about an hour of myself running the jets before the brown sludge started rising to the top of the tub. Now it's ready for you to cover yourself with right? What's the worst that could happen? Oh that's right. Don't forget the 7 dead cockroaches in varying different……

“Had a room reserved through the Expedia app. When we arrived a little after 10pm we were told there were no more rooms available…basically they gave our room to someone else that was a walk in. I never received communication from the hotel nor Expedia; I know they used my reservation because I received an email around 8pm saying ‘thanks for checking in’ which I thought was odd. The receptionist told me he was able to find a room at a different hotel for us, which was a 7-8min drive away…we had……

“There were roaches and the tub was dirty. Me and my partner stayed so I asked fi more towels And they said NO. The door lock was broken, cabinets dirty and fridge wasn't working good.”

I expected a charge but when you are paying over $300 per night for a room….my dog is 11 years old and obviously not a dog that would ruin a room. Very unlikely that I will stay at this property again”

“I love the parking situation with undercover parking. An amazing staff to answer all the questions you need. Along with the option to purchase drinks an snacks by the check-in, it was a over all great experience”
