「Very clean. Loved the tub. Nice to have owners close/on site. Much better than dealing with a "rental company". Very spacious without feeling like wasted space. Just and FYI, if you're coming in winter, pay attention to the weather. The driveway can be a little dicey with snow. 」

「House was beautiful! We were in town for the Kentucky Derby, so everything was higher than normal, but this house was still reasonable compared to others. Location was great! Nice neighborhood within walking distance to restaurants and the river. Very peaceful and not at all concerned with safety. The upstairs suite was huge! Tons of room and everything we needed.」

「Here ’s a polished, friendly VRBO-style review you can use or tweak:This house worked perfectly for our group of four couples on a weekend bourbon trip. Having separate bathrooms for everyone was a huge plus and made the stay very comfortable. We didn’t do any cooking, so we can’t speak to the kitchen setup, but the beds were comfortable and everyone had good things to say about their accommodations. Overall, it was a great fit for our group and exactly what we needed for the weekend.」
