This unique property offers an ideal stay for two families or a large group. This creek lined property features TWO KITCHENS, 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, wood burning fireplace, large front porch, plenty of parking, large yard and privacy. No steep or gravel roads to get to this cabin. There is no staircase inside of the cabin to go between floors; stairs are on the outside of the cabin.

The cabin is located in Cosby, TN which is outside of Gatlinburg, on 2 private acres. From the cabin property, you can see the neighbor's driveway, but not see any other cabins. On either side of the cabin is a yard with plenty of grass to play outside.

This area is referred to as the "Quiet Side of the Smokies." There is far less traffic and congestion, so you can enjoy nature and all the Smokies has to offer....yet be close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Gatlinburg is approximately 25 minutes away. Pigeon Forge is approximately 45 minutes away from the cabin.

Pets are allowed for a $150 fee. Pets must be crated when unattended and not allowed on the beds. Please pick up after your pet outside. If pets are not disclosed prior to arrival, security deposit will be forfeited.
