FAMILY VACATION

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: THE HOME WAS REALLY NICE WITH PLENTY OF ROOMS FOR 8 ADULTS AND 6 CHILDREN, THE KIDS LOVED THE THEATER ROOM, ARCADE GAMES AND THE FIRE PIT. THE ADULTS LIKED THE LARGE BEDROOM SUITES, EACH WITH A JETTED TUB. IT IS LOCATED IN A GREAT LOCATION, CLOSE TO ALL THE ATTRACTIONS BUT FAR ENOUGH AWAY TO NOT HAVE TO DEAL WITH THE TRAFFIC, AND IN A QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD AND THE NEIGHBORS NOT TO CLOSE. THE PROPERTY MANAGER WAS GREAT AND VERY ATTENTIVE TO ANY ISSUES THAT WE HAD.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stayed at this lodge. Built in the core of great smoky mountains. Rooms were organised, bathrooms were cleaned. Kitchens were equipped with all the necessary items needed to make your stay excellent. Indoor pool was pretty big to accommodate the entire guest in my trip. Only the concern was the propane tank which was little greasy. Besides that, I have overall great experience. Must try Cherokee pool lodge! You won’t be disappointed.

We were very pleased with the size and accommodations. We were a little leary at first thinking something must be off since the price was so reasonable but we were so pleased and would definitely go there again and recommend to our friends! It was everything that was advertised!

Large cabin with lots of space, but the pool was too cold

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin was very large and had lots of space for a large group. When searching for a cabin in the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area I some how missed that this cabin was a 40 minute drive away. We were disappointed that when we arrived the pool wasn’t up to temperature and was extremely cold. We could feel warm water coming from the jets so we knew they must have turned the heater on before we arrived. It took 24 hours to warm up, but the temp they had it set on was still extremely cold. A few more degrees would have made all the difference.

Great house

The house is great, clean and everything you need is there. The check in and check out process are well done and easy to follow. Plenty of space for a big family. The pool and the hot tub are a plus, especially after a day of hiking or exploring the area. The pool table was a nice addition to our stay, too! We loved the quiet neighborhood!
