「Terrible is the only word to describe overall hotel including room, staff, food, amenities. The room was filthy, staff was beyond rude and not friendly at all, under construction working at 7am, dirty pool, food was not good. 」

I left early because I caught their night time restaurant security guard trying to steal cigarettes off my patio table early one morning. I reported it to the staff but nothing happened. Saw the same guy back the next day and I was freaked out and decided to cut my trip short. The villas are shipping containers. Granted the price was low but the bed was rock hard and the couch...

「Rooms are not very clean plus they don’t have even the essential stuff stuff that you expect to have in a hotel room such as towel hangers, clothes hangers the bathroom is so small that the door won’t open all the way because the sink is on the way also the walls are so thin and don’t have any insulation so hear everything thing the neighbors are saying and doing The food was the same every single day and not very good plus you have to walk about 10-15 minutes to get to the restaurant 」

「Better breakfast choices needed. Fruit breakfast did not have tropical fruits like papaya or mangoes. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was great! Great facilities. I don't have small children, but a dedicated area for little ones would be wonderful!」
