「My daughters had a 3 day weekend so we planned some beach time. It was important for us to be right on the sand, and that we were! It was easy to bounce between the house, sand, water, firepits, and volleyball courts throughout the day. Parking on site was too tight for my Tesla to fit but there was ample street parking available during the off season and the parking lot is just a few steps away for convenience. We walked to the fun zone and to dinner each night so didn't cook at all but enjoyed...

「A lovely place! Beautifully furnished and very comfortable. We had a working retreat there, and had ample room for meetings and spaces for quiet times too. We were able, in just a few minutes, to walk to the pier and two great eateries! My team wants us to stay there again next year!」

「Condo is centrally located in Newport Beach, walking distance to almost everything. Very clean and updated. Really appreciated the assigned parking and amenities. Only downside was no AC, while we knew that when we booked we thought it would be cool enough without… we were wrong. Fortunately, lots of fans were provided, but it just circulated warm air. Minor inconvenience but would might think twice when booking again if no AC. Overall great stay. 」

The patio area was enchanting and lends itself to complete relaxation, coffee in the AM and wine in the PM!!Also, a nice space for my sweet pup to relax as the patio is fully enclosed. Parking was amazing and the condo was very clean and supplied well.Riki the owner/property manager was helpful and very enjoyable to meet. I would absolutely stay here or at any of her other properties. What a fabulous find, highly recommend. 10...

The beds and pillows were comfortable. It fit all of our needs with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Kitchen was well equipped. The communication was quick from the property manager. I hope to stay there again.」
