Cottage on Verdigris Creek

Comfortable cottage acreage on Verdigris Creek with room to stretch out. The property is like a park; beautiful trees extending out to a sandy beach on the wide, sandy creek. It is a short drive to Ashfall Fossil Beds, Niobrara State Recreation Area, Grove Lake and endless outdoor adventure.
Four bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. Large dining room, living room with 55" TV , and Den with card table, board games and TV. Weber grill on the front porch. Back screened in porch overlooks the property to the creek. The kids will enjoy the large deer stand/fort overlooking the creek.
The rooms are cooled with individual window air conditioners and warmed with baseboard heaters.
Fresh linens and pillows are provided.
The kitchen is fully furnished with refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, toaster, blender, pots, pans, dishes and utensils. Please note the refrigerator does not have an ice maker.
Bathrooms are supplied with bath and hand towels as well as anti-microbial hand soap.
A washer and dryer are also provided
Internet is provided. The Smart TVs are set up to stream and are equipped with Google Chromecast. Both Netflix and Amazon Prime are subscribed for and available to use. We are too remote for broadcast TV.
The town of Verdigre has a restaurant, coffee shop bar, two bars and grocery store as well as the Bohemian One Stop convenience store/gas station, which has a little of everything.
There is no garage or storage for boats (yet).
