Peace and Quiet wooded area, new construction, cabin feel. Close to small grocery and gas station. Short drive to the lake. Covered boat storage available on premises. Master bedroom with full en-suite bathroom. Great cellular tower access to phones. No Wifi.Dish network tv 250 channels. Den TV 55 inch. Master bedroom tv 42 inch. Central air/heat. Convenience package includes washing powder and dryer sheets. Extra pillows, towels and blankets, Keurig and K cups, creamer and sweeteners. Enjoy the porch and sight some deer, squirrels etc. no smoking please. Small Fire pit with seating for making s’mores . This is a brand new house built in 2023. We have 4 brand new cabin/homes on the property for rent and a 5 bay boat storage

Better than most

I’ve stayed at a few bnb’s and this one is just perfect! Looking for a place very convenient to everything needed for a fishing trip on pickwick lake? This location is right off main rd. 1.3 miles from boat ramp and even closer to good restaurants. Has boat storage and outlets for charging batteries after a day on the lake. The beds are the best I’ve ever slept in I think anywhere I’ve been, hotels, bnb’s, family and even my own sleep number mattress! Wake up fresh, relaxed and ready for a day on the lake! Highly recommend this to anyone wanted to stay in the Pickwick area!
