「Good for a place to sleep. Not ideal for any central place to gather in unit. This is an upstairs space and AC is via a window vented portable unit in one bedroom and there isn’t one in the 2nd bedroom. So you have to keep doors open and the unit is loud to sleep with. Floor fans would help to circulate air throughout. Enclosed porch/seating area was too warm to be functional. Aroma from kitchen below in the main house filled the space.
