“We were unable to get the TV to work and could not find any instructions on how to resolve. There wasn’t an ice bucket in the room. The room temperature was set on 61 blowing at the highest setting which was too cold considering it was only in the upper 50’s outside. The breakfast was also subpar.”

“The room was clean but missing the box springs on the bed. They do not have front desk staff all night. They have a kiosk. The person we talked to thru the screen could not have cared less. His response was he would let management know.”

“It was terrible place, the smoke alarm beeped non stop and they would not resolve the issue after asking them several times. Asked for a refund they would not refund me. I left and when to a better hotel down the street. Still haven’t got a refund because they won’t answer Expedia about it he issue”

“Staff not friendly. Walked into dark room and had Sponge Bob playing on TV. Thought someone was in my room or possibly in someone else’s room. Also had a spot of blood on my comforter, figured I would just not use it verses dealing with the front desk staff.”

“The hotel looked nice, at first. They are under remodeling and the carpet in the hallway and elevator floors could use a sweeping and wipe down the ugly smears on the elevator walls. Our room was nice but a little more attention to the entry and bathroom floor would have been nice. The bathroom was out of Kleenex and the body wash would not pump to use. The breakfast selection was good but, the attendant was in the backroom and what ever she was playing was louder than the TV in the……

“Staff are wonderful.. professional warm friendly and attentive. Breakfast quite good. Really enjoyed the farm fresh pasture raised yogurt. Room is spacious. The couch is a saving grace for our dog. Beautiful property. Kitchen is nicely stocked but no stove top. I got an induction burner from the front desk but it comes with only a very small frying pan. No pots to cook my vegetables. This would be the only suggestion I make to the management to upgrade. When we checked it, the……
