"Everything about our stay was excellent. The apartment is 3 flights up but a gentleman met us on arrival to carry our luggage up. We cannot thank Alain for her excellent service in making sure that our stay was good. The apartment is furnished to a high standard and was spotlessly clean. We were supplied with basic foods/drinks tea/coffee, milk etc. which was a nice touch. DVDs were supplied as well as Netflix. We enjoyed the apartment so much we hope to be back next year."

"Friendly staff , close to centre and had parking . The downside with parking was that it was an extra £8 per day ! Breakfast was ok but not much choice and not replenished often enough .The rooms were dated and mattresses were thin (in twin room ) although the rooms and bathroom were clean ."

"Stunning medieval building in beautiful grounds. I attended a wedding there and the facilities were amazing. The rooms are beautiful but slightly tired but I guess it adds to the medieval authenticity. The only downside was the cost and the fact you have to pay for parking, even if you stay."
