「We had a wonderful time at the Octagon House. It is so close to South Haven but in a quiet area a little bit outside of the city. The front deck area was a nice place to hang out, and the use of the pool was an added bonus for my three teenagers. We had a great time and I would recommend this clean and cozy house to anyone of all ages. You will not regret staying there. 」

「This condo was perfect for our family of 4! The condo was very spacious and so convenient to many of the SoHa attractions. It is more spacious than the pictures show. 「I think a lot of the negative reviews are unwarranted. It was clean and had plenty of room for the 6 of us (plus dogs). The house is old and you need to use the window AC units, but it was fine and stayed cool all day. The prices are 1/2 that of other properties in the area. The house is a few minutes away from the beach. It is a duplex, but we never had an issue with the neighbors. The only bathroom is on the top level and up a flight of steep steps. 「View and location are great to the beach and short walk to downtown. Owners have definitely made upgrades and improvements. We enjoyed the space and amenities (beach chairs and full kitchen). Pool looked nice. Owner has detailed instructions and checks in. Check in and access are easy. 」
