Lovely home unique surroundings

In town to visit my daughter and grandsons. Lovely house definitely unique area.Pros: private , yard and property is spacious , host communication is excellent. Cons: No closet space , no place to hang your clothes. Bugs coming through the vents through out the house. Not sure what I can say about the old head stone we found behind the shed. If you are going outside at night watch for critters and falling tree branches.

When we reserves this property we were excited about the description of it being " secluded and surrounded by nature". When we arrived we quickly figured out that the main photo is pretty much taken from a busy two lane highway that runs 150 feet in front of this cottage. The noise of cars and commercial trucks going by goes right through the house. Never mind if you were to stay and decide to use the hot tub, you can just wave at the cars as they go by, absolutely no privacy. Also, when we arrived, while the inside of the house was neat, clean and looked just like the photos, the outside was overgrown and dirty. One good thing I will say is that when I contacted the host and let them know how disappointed we were they offered to cancel our contract and refund their charges. We took them up on that offer and looked for other accommodations. The money was refunded within a few days.
