Great location

Great location and nice house next to beach so loved that. Unfortunately due to covid house was not cleaned properly and previous tenants left house in bad state with sand everywhere and linen on floor and dishes in dishwasher not washed and smelling. Replacement cleaner was sent but with the state the house was in she was nowhere near finishing at 5 pm. I ended up cleaning the house over again so a couple of hours later I could finally start my holiday.. When I mentioned this to agent I expected at least a reduced rate or some sort of a voucher. But no mention of any such thing.
