「Everything was splendid but I have a complaint of them not having warm water option in their pool, cause in cold weather, the water is cold and so we couldn't enjoy the pool as we wanted, so they should've this option like other places. 」

Since we paid more than the double of normal rate, owner told us to stay two days for the same money. But when we checked out, the counter manager asked for money for the 2nd night with the same rate. We did not agree on that and leave the hotel. They came behind us to a bus and asked for full money for two days and told they do not know...
