"What an amazing location to stay in the Speyside area and in Dufftown. My expectations were well exceeded by the fit out and finish of the property, the size and space and practical appointments for this accommodation. A modern bathroom complimented the more traditional cottage feel and there was also a washing machine that was very timely at this stage of my holiday. "Check in is easy with lock box. Very clean throughout. Comfortable for the group. Hot tub a real pleasure with gorgeous sunsets to finish the day. Roads around the property are farm tracks so a little care needed. We found the road past the care home a better route to and from the property. "A stout building of local stone around 100 years old but reasonably well maintained and exceeding the excellent budget price expectations. Staff friendly and helpful, public areas clean and comfy. Room large for standard twin and great view of bowling green. Food good in the evening and breakfast. Well worth the money and a good night’s sleep, just what a hotel is for!"
