「Satisfy」

「Staff are nice. Very clean and quiet. Thank you.」

「Very lovely and friendly staff」

「the apartment is clean and cozy. Overall is quite good. It would be better if they can make the parking free of charge for their quests.」

「The accomodation is at best average. Very old and dated. The bed was hard/ firm and not overly comfortable. The ensuite was ok, but very old but serviceable. I couldnt recommend it other than it being the cheapest accomodation in the area.」

「Frankston Bay Motel has decent sized rooms, comfortable bed, close to shops and beach, convenient to transport arterials and trains. The staff were polite and the room was clean while using eco friendly cleaning protocols.」

「Overall, the room seemed tidy, but the room floor mat was too dirty and the hotel did not provide slippers. I was surprised that it was my first time staying in a hotel and there were no slippers provided. Our family walked around the room barefoot, and the soles of our feet were gray-black. You can imagine how dirty the room floor mats are.」

「Ummmm the bed was clean but that's about it. No tv remote, furniture desperately needed repairs, internal side of door patched with plywood, curtains falling down, 1 clean towel for 2 people and wouldn't want to get in the shower as it was a disgrace! Wouldn't stay here ever again!」

「The room is nice and clean. The manager is very kind and passionate. It's better to park right into their carpark, then unload your luggage, way much safer and convenient than pushing across the road. It's advised to bring your favourite body wash and shampoo.」

「Sofa collapsed。 Dirty toilet, uncleaned feces on the surface.」
