「Good communication, close to everything in Dalton, could use a good dusting/minor repairs/bigger hot water tank as my husband ran out of hot water and we didn’t even run dishwasher or washer… overall good stay! Thanks」

「It’s our third time staying as the location is perfectly situated for two events we go to in the same weekend. The room is very comfortable and there are several thoughtful touches by the owners. We travel with our dog and the fenced in yard is perfect. Our dog also loved the basket of dog toys to play with. Water pressure/temperature and WiFi all great. 」

「The main reason we booked this property was due to it being pet friendly as we were traveling though town with our dogs. We were disappointed with the “backyard”, as it was not much of a backyard at all and we had a very difficult time going down the dangerous stairs and lack there of to get down to the open space. The open space was turf which was nice but it was covered with dead leaves and fallen sticks. The apartment itself was ok, nothing too exciting however the air vents were covered...

「I had been to Southern Charm for lunch prior to a wine tour last year and happened to be sitting with a mother/daughter that mentioned they were staying upstairs in one of the Suites and lovely it was. I attended a wedding in Blue Ridge in June 2026 and decided to book a Suite. It was the ideal location, great customer service and quiet. 10 out of 10!」
