“This was a very nice and enjoyable stay. The property was quiet and clean with incredible staff. The pool was a little on the dirty side and had chemical tablets in the pool and hot tub but overall was great. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“The kid at the front desk literally had no clue I had a reservation he told me he didn’t believe there were any rooms available and the fact I had a PAID reservation didn’t matter if they didn’t have a room I’d be out my money he also told me my truck had to be parked out on the highway the room itself was ok the bed was comfortable ”

“I was charged for my partners service animal. I informed them i had a service dog and they told me it was an extra $10
I reiterated it was a service animal, and that it is illegal to charge more. I did not offer paperwork and it was never requested.
They did not ask me if it was trained to assist someone with a disability or what the disability was.
They told me i had to pay extra or lose the room.
I told them this was against the law and the response was negative.
