Check-in from 15:00 (3:00 PM). Check-out by 10:00 AM unless agreed otherwise in advance.



No Smoking:

All properties are strictly non-smoking inside. Please use designated outdoor areas if you wish to smoke. £1000 charge will be applied via Airbnb to cover deep cleaning and damage.



Pets:

Pets are not permitted unless agreed prior to booking.



Noise & Respect:

Check Out Policy:

If you don't adhere to the checkout times stated for the property (10am) a £100 charge will be applied.



Safety Deposit:

On all of our properties we require a pre authorised hold on your card with £250, which require you to add your card details via our guest portal, this will be returned after checkout providing the property isn’t damaged.
