"These cute cabins were just right; beds were comfortable and had different pillows to choose from, kitchen had basic items necessary for mealtime, shower was quaint and clean. We enjoyed the swing on the front porch and the hot tub. The Wi-Fi worked great, we never had any issues. The host was helpful and kind. I'm so glad we chose this place and would absolutely stay again."

"This house was amazing! We had 15 people and the 3 master suites downstairs along with the bedrooms and full bath up stairs was a great fit! This house had everything you could think of. We stayed during Christmas and cooked every meal here, the dining table is amazing. This house is fully stocked! We only had to purchase groceries. This house is wonderfully decorated. We were able to sled about 15 minutes from the house. Definitely made our Christmas a dream come true! "

"We love Pagosa Springs and are frequent visitors. This house is right on the lake in a cul de sac. The second floor is accessed by a steep spiral stairway so a bit challenging. Upstairs bedroom has a very firm mattress. Nice lounge area upstairs with tv and small bathroom and double bed. Good communication with the host. Neighborhood a bit unwelcoming. "

"The host was really awesome. We stayed here last year for my friends birthday and wanted to go back again. This place is definitely on our favorites list. The property is beautiful and the house is always clean. The fireplace inside is one of our favorites too. Keeps the place warm and cozy and is easy to start and maintain. Located in a neighborhood near downtown, it's within walking distance from lots of shopping, restaurants and the Springs resort. The house had plenty of space for my family of 4. Very clean with a modern farmhouse design. The hosts were also very responsive and made us feel very welcomed. My only callout is there needs to a full curtain in the living room.
