"We had a really lovely stay here with our two kids. Creevy Pier is just a gorgeous spot and the cottage is cosy, well equipped and had everything we needed. Thanks for a lovely stay"

"A short break, overall a good time had by all. However while the overall condition of the cottage was good it could have done with a real deep clean. Bedding was obviously used and the mattress was uncomfortable as you could feel the springs through it. Furniture inside also left a lot to be desired from a comfort point of view. No Wi-Fi. TV basic and small. Rooms small. But on the positive this is really well located to local amenities, fully enclosed large back garden was great for the dog....

"Wonderful experience staying at the property.
One suggestion for the owners is to provide instructions on the use of appliances particularly those appliances that are unique to Europe e.g. the combination washer- dryer, hot water heater in the shower etc. we figured it out eventually but a how to booklet would have been helpful."

"We loved our stay here! We had a group of 6 - one had to sleep on the couch but it is large and very comfortable! Very quaint and well-maintained. The host was very kind and helpful and attended to whatever we needed in a quickly and friendly manner. It was very easy to communicate prior to our arrival and she accommodated a late check-in with no issue. We enjoyed all the animals, they’re all very sweet and quiet. Beautiful country surroundings. "Our hosts Elspeth and Drew Vaughan were amazing. Very welcoming and informative. Some of the most pleasant and adorable hosts I’ve ever had. The area and hut were very clean and comfortable. They provided history and information about the area. Just wonderful. If I’m ever able to return to Ireland, I would definitely choose to stay here. "

"We had a wonderful stay. It’s exactly what you think when dreaming of a country Irish cottage. Could have done without all the house spiders though.. but they were friendly and obliging to share their space. Great location to donegal town and Northern Ireland tourist destinations were easy for day trips!Would definitely go back. "

"Einzigartig die Lage: auf der Farm, mit vielen Tieren, extrem netten Wirtsleuten, die beste Auskunft über Kultur, Natur und Geschichte der Umgebung geben können und bereitwillig die guten Produkte ihrer Landwirtschaftlichen Erträge zur Verfügung stellen. Und die Idee und Ausstattung der originellen Unterkunft:
Klein, aber sehr fein!"

"Perfect location in picturesque Donegal, overlooking the Diamond. Nearby coffee shops, stores, and pubs. Good launching point for exploring the spectacular cliffs and other scenic sites. The owner was informative and accommodating."

"The location is perfect for visiting Donegal Town. It's very close to all sorts of shopping and transportation and places to visit. I will definitely stay there again and recommend it to others."
"Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Stayed in a 3 person room. Used the pool facilities which were lovely in the morning. Had dinner in the restaurant also which was very nice and suited our needs perfectly.
Stayed here after playing a gig in Sligo. Came back late and the reception advised us that we could order drinks to the room by scanning a QR code. It was not fit for purpose. Alcoholic beverages were available but soft drinks were not. All we wanted was a 7up or something similar. The online thing wasn’t working, rang to reception, classic “computer says no” situation unfortunately. The staff were very helpful and dropped us up some mi-wadi, they could do that because it was free - but it showed the flaw in the system that they couldn’t take a simple order for a soft drink over the phone due to an app issue.
A bit of flexibility would go a long way here and certainly would be more suitable to any older customers who would find QR codes and online ordering to be a challenge.
Other than that, had a mighty time. Will stay again. "
"After traveling in Ireland for over 2 months, this is one of my top 3 favorite places.
The location, the lovely room, the city, the comfort of the bed and mattress, and the WiFi works great. I would easily recommend this hotel for Donegal and for Ireland overall."
"We did not order breakfast. So does not apply. Overall, very friendly and efficient and honest. Bill dropped a Euro 50 on the floor at our table. Daniel brought it to us and slipped it under the door. Much appreciated. Nice place. Great people. "
"Lovely clean comfy room. Had a bit of trouble with the heating not staying on, but this may be because we are not familiar with using this style of heating. Staff very helpful especially in advising that just down the road were Laundromat style facilities."
