The cottage is located in the farm's former farmhouse and has its own entrance, courtyard, and private terrace (the surrounding area was being finished during the summer of 2020). You'll appreciate the south-facing terrace, accessible directly from the living room, or, if you prefer shade, the adjoining old barn. The owner, a farmer (dairy and Label Rouge poultry breeder), will offer you a tour of his farm, for an unforgettable experience with the animals. This very old house was recorded on the Napoleonic land registry in 1820 and is typical of the Roannais architecture, with its balcony and wooden door and window frames.
