Location Perfect

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect location with the two separate area's grateful for the down stairs with Air con, as the week was hotter then usual. Upstairs Bath room could do with a bit of a renovation, and possible adding ceiling fans. we were extremely happy and have booked this property again for the coming year , the Use of the garage was great so we didn't need to keep brining up and down the stairs the beach stuff.

A bit of a tired house in an unbeatable position

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spent a week here with adult kids. Couldn't have asked for a better position, but the house feels like it could have a bit of TLC.In particular the showerhead needs to be fixed. And we couldn't get the dryer to work (which is a problem with LOTS of beach towels!).An outdoor shower somewhere, or a hose to get sand off your feet wouldn't hurt for a beach house.

Clean when we arrived, the house was lovely simple and everything inside user friendly, I will say we weren’t able to use the wifi not sure why not? Other little minor things but other then those it was awesome.

Fantastic

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fantastic house in an amazing location. This was our second stay at Oceanview. Love the balcony overlooking the golf course and ocean. So close to the shops and cafes and beach. Very handy having the full kitchen and laundry. Rooms are well set out and furniture is lovely. Booking process with Elders could have been improved. We booked through and lots of emails are sent to us that were inconsistent between Elders and that required phone calls to confirm.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Generally the experience was good with the house being neat, tidy and a nice view. The booking arrangements were disappointing to begin with, as the initial booking had been confirmed and then I was informed that the dates could not be kept. However, once the rescheduling of dates had been reconfirmed then things were OK.
