The entire property went through an innovative restoration project, completed in 2022, using environmentally sustainable practices. This unit is on 2 levels, measures about 110 square meters, and is composed on the ground floor of a large living room with plenty of comfortable seats and a double sofa-bed, dining area with open plan kitchen, on the mezzanine floor reachable through a beautiful wrought iron and wooden staircase of a large double bedroom with a 180x200cm bed and a nice bathroom with a Italian shower. The whole apartment has large floor to ceiling windows that open onto the equipped garden and bring a lot of natural light into the apartment all year round.



The technological equipment of the property includes air conditioning, independent heating system, free Wi-Fi, Smart TV, Bluetooth speakers and other basic appliances.
