“Hotel looks unattractive from the outside. Front desk was a mess, staff on duty couldn't locate the information sheet so he wrote the password on a sheet of paper. Office was generally messy. Room was clean. The kitchenette was a metal unit, I guess from the 1950's. Outlets were Extremely limited, difficult to charge cell phones and lap top. Bed was fine, linens were clean.”

“The First staff were helpful - the remainder differential - no hello or goodbye, any acknowledgement. The room was clean , dated. The set up of the King suite was weird and the breakfast meal included had me lowering my review.
By weird I mean, the window drapes covered (hung lower/over the air conditioning unit. When the unit was on (it was fairly warm so it needed to be - the drapes needed to be left open - even all night. If they were closed, they blew all over the place or all the cold air……

“The staff was incredibly accomodating but the stay was not what we were expecting. The room that we booked was not as advertised and it was not completely ready when we got there. The floors were also quite dirty. The staff was accomodating and tried to make it right by providing us with different accomodations which we appreciated.”
