“It is very nice and in the restaurant we had a typical italian dinner. Filippo, the owner, is very kind and WE enjoyed our stay there.
We stayed there with our three kids and it was just wonderful, because they were able to Play, find snakes, frogs, salamanders and so on...
Furthermore it is very important to ask Filippo for a description to his premises - if you think you are in the wring was regarding the streets, you are on the fully right way.

“This is a beautiful oasis in the countryside, near Selinunte and beaches. It was such a great place to escape the heat, the stress of driving around Sicily using google maps, and traveling in general. Masseria del Carboj has modern amenities, nice aesthetics, a beautiful pool in the middle of vineyard, and feels like you're in Napa valley. The restaurant (Racina) at the hotel is absolutely amazing, like Michelin star level food, so definitely eat here when you stay. ”

The hosts were very nice. When I could not get transportation from the train station to the hotel, one of the owners came and picked me up. I tried to give her money to pay for that and she wouldn’t accept it. They also let me stay a bit later in the afternoon so that I could meet up with an Uber. Great location from which to explore Salemi. I would definitely recommend it.”
