「We had a peaceful stay in this clean and sweet cabin. We took several walks nearby. No need to drive anywhere, just leave the compound and connect to the hill walk or the Great Glen Way. Perfect and helpful hosts! There was plenty of firewood for the wood burning stove. We are looking forward to staying again when we are in Scotland!」

「Where to start? The home owners were so generous and let us check into our place several hours prior to our stay so we wouldn’t have to tote our suitcases around the streets of Inverness. The house was the perfect size for 6 adults. Rooms were comfy and cozy. Bathrooms were so clean. One of the cleanest places I have ever stayed in. 「My family and I stayed here and we thoroughly liked it. Excellent location right off the Grieg street walking bridge. Lots of shopping and restaurant options. The interior of the unit was very clean and safe and easy to get too. We appreciated the in unit washer/dryer to catch up on our laundry while on our trip. "一向對此品牌有信心，早前於Exeter，或更早於Maldives的都感覺良好，但今次的體驗實在太差了！ 此酒店地點非常之方便，就在high street 的未端，但對面就是酒吧和餐廳，昨晚酒吧的音樂根本令人不能入睡，到前台找經理投訴卻沒有回應，職員只說噪音問題一直存在，一直都有客人投訴！ 說實在的，這次Scotland旅程，這一晚酒店房間的價格是最貴的，但真是想不到貴左那裡，被安排住在一樓，當然入住時不知道還有噪音問題，面向的是城市景觀，到今早早餐時的餐廳，面向Loch Ness 河/湖景觀才醒覺預期入住和享受的體驗是完全沒有體會得到。 這樣的價錢，房間只屬一般，服務方面，昨晚投訴了，都沒有什麼回應，只說如果要換只有普通的房間，酒吧的噪音會持續到三點，但當時已經是凌晨一點。 這次體驗真的沒有很差，只有更差！ I have always trusted this brand with good experiences in Exeter and the Maldives, but this stay was extremely disappointing. The hotel location is convenient, but the bar across the street played loud music until 3 am, making it impossible to sleep. Staff admitted this has always been a problem, and there was no effective response when I complained at 1 am. This was the most expensive night of my Scotland trip, yet the room was average, and I did not get the quiet, comfortable stay I paid for. I only realized in the morning that the experience I expected was completely missing. Given the sleepless night and lack of proper service recovery, I am requesting a refund for this stay."
