"Friendly staff, nice and clean rooms, breakfast was very good and reasonably priced compared with hotel brands I’ve been to before (similar to Hilton Garden Inn). Hotel was a Four Points but is experiencing a rebranding. My group also loved the hot tub and pool, and they said the burger from the Tavern was a hit! Very great place to stay if visiting San Rafael or just passing through on 101. I’d definitely book again in the future. "

"The check in man was so great! I wish I got his name. But so welcoming and lovely, definitely best check in experience. Rooms were cozy, large bathrooms. Super central to everything. Great place to stay in Napa."

"I had a great eleven day stay at this hotel. Being on the less expensive side, I was worried that it might attract noisy guests and be understaffed, making their jobs difficult. This hotel was nothing like I expected. All the guests were quiet and respectful and the staff was plentiful, kind, and patient to an admirable degree. For instance, my first room was not acceptable and the front desk staff person was incredibly patient as I looked at different rooms and he worked with me with complete understanding and kindness until we were able to find one that met my needs for an eleven day stay. The service that I got at the hotel from all the staff bespeaks of excellent training and good management. My only complaint was that it is decorated in "prison tones," with the rooms being painted a drab khaki-gray and every single design element also being a flat, depressing grayscale. Would love for them to go for a white and bright motif with splashes of color, that so many people prefer."

"The rooms were very well kept, the staff were so kind and nice from check-in to check-out and the overall ambiance of the hotel was beyond what I expected! Great food and service at the rooftop! If you go, ask for Shane, he was incredible!!! I will definitely be staying at The Archer Hotel on my next Napa trip"
