"We have stayed here a few times. Since covid the free breakfast items are lacking. I like the location and its very reasonable price, but not having real half and half for coffee or any decent breakfast is not worth it. "

"2 ⭐ – Misleading listing and frustrating experience This was one of the most frustrating hotel stays we’ve had because key policies were not clear at the time of booking. We arrived in the evening with young children and were caught off guard by the 9 PM front desk closure. While this may be mentioned in a same-day email, it is not clearly presented when booking—when guests are actually making their decision. We were also charged extra for our children despite the listing stating that children under 12 stay free. We were told this depends on how the booking is made, but that distinction was not clearly disclosed upfront. The “free continental breakfast” was extremely limited (one small item per person, monitored), which did not match reasonable expectations. Lastly, there was constant loud noise from the room above, and when we reached out, no one responded. Due to these issues, we left early and did not stay the second night. Overall, the experience did not match the listing, and policies that affect your stay should be clearly stated at booking—not after. 2 stars for the clean room "

"We really liked rhis resort only that the sofa bed cover and sheets were never changed out super dirty. I did call fronf desk and rheh sent clean one up. The slide is also only open until 4:45pm so kiddos weren't able to enjoy that. Resort is nice by mountains "

"Room was great and was nice and cool. The only thing that was concerning was the pool, spa, and buffet was closed. I would have used all three."
