"Pleasant front counter lady. But the property in poor condition (smells like sewer, walls were stained with who knows what, stickie carpet, damaged furniture, unsafe windows. we had to leave and find another hotel to spend the night"

"The entire staff is amazing. Gorgeous hotel is quiet and within walking distance to food, grocery & upscale shopping. Love the hydration stations on all floors (love that tiny ice) & the valet attendants are very personable & professional. Visit the park a few blocks down!"

"The place was perfect for a quick overnight. I didn’t have a chance to check out many of the amenities, but overall it was an enjoyable stay. I think charging for parking at this location seems strange. "

"I didn't like that you make us pay $20 to park there then have a convention in the hotel and there is no parking! Did you make the people who came to the card convention pay for parking? No. But the people who paid almost $300 a night have to? Sorry to say this was the final straw for Embassy Suites."

"The room was great, but if took nearly an hour to get checked in. A wedding was going on and the line of people checking in was to the door. They left one single person to do all the check-ins and handle guest issues. That was truly ridiculous. We ended up running late for the concert we were in town to attend, due to the delays."
