"We had a group of 10 stay here over New Year's and had a great time. There's a large dining table where we played board games and ate, every couple got their own bedroom, and it was easy to spread out to do different things, having one group in the dining area, one in the upstairs living area, and one in the downstairs living area. We also made use of the hot tub, which was awesome (and covered in the gazebo!), but our only complaint there is that it's about 50ft uphill from the house, which is...

The house made a good place for the groom and his party to get ready for the wedding. Thank you for the ability to have our entire family just down the road from us. We couldn't have had the bonding time without this listing. The only negative was a small plumbing issue in the smaller bathroom."

Tons of floats and water toys to use. The yard is huge and worked great for games of volleyball and whiffle ball. Great memories were made. Highly recommend for other teams or groups with lots of kids."

"This owner gave us a great opportunity to gather at this stunning house. This place provided towels, utensils, dishes, cups, etc. Great dining area with a long table. The property and house are so beautiful and modern with amazing views of the lake. The neighborhood is so calm and peaceful. Also, the different games they provided were great: arcade games, pool table, and ping pong. Definitely recommend this place!"
