“We were met at the B&B by Mike, one of the two friendly owner/hosts, a lovely couple from South Africa. He made my husband and I feel welcome and at ease after a difficult drive through very heavy rain. We discussed Parrsboro, the theatre that night, eating as plant based vegans. Mike was knowledgeable, positive and immediately told us not to worry he'd have breakfast ready at their usual 08:30 to 09:30 time. He took us to our room, gave us a few extra pods of coffee and reminded us of how the……

From the amenities to the location and view; the warmth and kindness of the owner, the excellent food; we loved it all and will definitely be back. “We were visiting family close by so Tiffany’s was very convenient. She has all of the amenities required in the kitchen and having stayed at many places that’s now always the case. I especially liked that we were able to use her Netflix account to watch a movie. She was quick to respond when we had an issue. ”

“The home is lovely and well appointed. Some of our guests would have liked drapes as the morning sun is bright.As we were there in the winter it would have been nice if the heat had been turned on prior to our arrival. And this would have made the homeowner aware of the heat not working in the lower wing. We tried without success.There was no dry wood available for the fireplace which would have been nice to have readily available.We also had a windstorm which pointed out that the French doors……

“We loved our stay in this beautiful cottage. It was even prettier than the pictures. Advocate Harbour is a beautiful and interesting little town and the drive from Parrsboro tp Advpcate Harbour, while a bit more rugged than we anticipated, is stunningly beautiful with unbelievable scenery. There are lots of parks nearby and lots of interesting beaches. The cottage itself is very comfortable and clean with everything you need to cookyour own meals. I was grateful that there was a cozy dining room……

“The hot tub was good , water was a little foggy but still acceptable. Kitchen had most requirements except for BBQ flipper and functional can opener. More kindling to start fire would be better. ”

“Deck needs to be replaced, very dangerous for older people. The check in was bizarre, met with owner's sister who in great detail explained what should be explained a manual. When you arrive at your vacation location the last thing you want to do is spend 20 minutes going over these things. The location was fabulous but the site is quite musty smelling, furniture and deck should be replaced before it is available for rent again.”
