Lucy and John were incredible hosts.

Lucy and John were incredible hosts. Cottage location is so secluded and views from the kitchen and sun room are picture postcard great, and also a great wee sun trap. Place was cosy on arrival, also appreciated the wee extras like the DVDs. We had a lovely tour round the farm too, which was very memorable. The bath was very deep with lots of hot water. I suspect we will be back at some point! Thanks again!

Southview was a lovely cottage with spectacular views over open countryside with fields of cattle ad

Southview was a lovely cottage with spectacular views over open countryside with fields of cattle adjacent which provided the only noise mornings and evenings. The cottage was cosy and warm even though the nights were quite chilly and the 2 occasions when we lit the fire it made it even more so. The hosts were very unobtrusive but John was there immediately when the boiler failed to fire up on the first day and sorted it in seconds. We didn't see Lucy but her communication via messaging was perfect and we wished we had brought out wellington boots so that we could have explored the farm more and taken up John's offer of a tour. Altogether a lovely rural, isolated cottage.
