While the hotel was generally clean the white sheets were in need of changing as they had taken on a yellow hue and were stained. Good price but the parking will double your cost.

De mais atenção a limpeza.
A localização é boa. Fomos para um evento no Teatro Guaira. 2 quadras de lá. Mas duas coisas me incomodaram muito. A limpeza e a falta de estacionamento. Deixamos o carro no estacionamento de um shopping próximo, esse ponto até não seria problema e sim um aviso aos futuros hospedes. Mas a limpeza foi bem complicada. Mofo nas paredes e moveis e sugeira nas cortinas alem de fronhas encardidas. No restante o normal de todo hotel.

O mínimo que se espera de um hotel além da limpeza é uma cama boa e um banho de qualidade, nenhum dos dois foi possível, o colchão era horrível e o banho gelado!

Horrível, hotel velho, o colchão horrível, banho frio. A única coisa boa é a localização! Ainda tive problemas no check in pois fizeram a minha reserva das duas diárias separadas, queriam que eu fizesse check-in novamente no segundo dia correndo o risco de ter que trocar de quarto.

Recepção e Gerência PÉSSIMAS!!
Pessimo o atendimento da recepcionista e da gerente da tarde. Tivemos problema com o ar condicionado e entupimento na pia do banheiro. Elas demoraram mais de 3 horas para dar uma satisfação e só tomaram uma providencia depois de ganharem uma brinca pela falta de retorno, já que não tinha outro quarto disponivel para trocar-nos.
