My only hiccup was I thought I had booked for 2 nights, not 1 and when I called and sent text messages inquiring about adding an additional night, I never received a response or anything from the host. The phone number went to a machine in a different language, not sure if the posted number was not correct, but we found somewhere else to stay, would have been nice to hear something back."

"Great location for what we needed, however noise - music in to the wee hours left for little sleep. When you pay for parking there should be spots reserved . There was none in the parking lot open over the weekend, so you pay to park somewhere else."

"The river view is amazing and the location is great! It is close to anything you need…restaurants, shopping, sightseeing, etc... The river walk is awesome. My wife and I stayed here for a week while I was in town on business. We rated the cleanliness a 3 because the balcony has apparently been visited by birds and they decided to mark their location. That was a space we intended to spend time but didn’t because of the bird droppings. I’m not entirely sure what even could be done to deter them....

"Check-in was easy, parking is across the the street in the Public lot. Very Walkable, walk a block to the River Front. Everything as shown, highly recommend. Would stay again."

"This property was beautiful and peaceful. The place was nicely decorated. For the property being pricey, the gravel parking lot and the unloading of luggage was very unexpected. One thing I can say is that we got in our steps while unloading. Next time we will bring our travel wagon. 😅. Other than that we enjoyed the stay!"

"Came to Wilmington for Cody Jinks at Live Oak Bank Pavillion. It was a long walk to the venue, but it was along the river walk so not too bad. Condo was clean and as advertised. Great location with all you need a short walk away. Would stay again."
